Soundless video

The register doesn't follow the guidelines as described in the PoH Registry Policy or in the clear Video Instructions placed just above the Submit profile button. 

As the Submit Profile page states, just above the Submit button: 

"- Be sure that the preview of your video works as expected before funding your submission."

It is clear that there are already multiple guidelines and warnings in place to prevent involuntary errors.

As seen in other cases (ref #579 #582), the community has determined that ex post facto humanity evidence is not admissible.

I plea the the jurors to continue appeal registrants to abide to the rules to keep a clean registry and vote “No”.
